Katy is a the head Registered Veterinary Technician here at Cavan Hills. Her journey at Cavan Hills began back in Feb. of 2005, as a high school coop student - and she hasn't left since! She worked as a Veterinary Assistant/Stable hand briefly and then worked her way up to a Receptionist/Technician Assistant. In Fall of 2006 she moved to Kingston to attend the Veterinary Technician program at St. Lawrence College. On her weekends, holidays and summers, Katy would return to CHVS to work... she just couldn't get enough of it! She also enjoys educating and communicating with our clients and most importantly, caring for and treating all of our "furry" patients on a daily basis. Currently Katy shares my life with her fiancee Ian, their 2 beautiful Boston Terriers (Ruby and Voodoo) and their 3-legged recue cat named "Mister Geeves" and their other cat named Teagan. Katy's goal in life is to be as good of a person as her dog already thinks she is !!
